Batwoman Gets Her Cosmic Armor For Her Rescue Mission On Moon

Spoiler Alert: Spoilers for Batman/Superman #13 by Joshua Williamson, Max Raynor, Alejandro Sanchez, and John J. Hill.

In the 12th series, the two title characters were attacked by Brainiac after the villain was freed from the bottled city of Kandor. Batman traced the Brainiac signal about surviving its initial attack to find out its point of origin. As the signal was found on the Moon and Bruce Wayne and Clark Kent travel there. Soon after that, they disappear, and this is when Batwoman and Steel go to rescue them.

When the Brainiac signal first hit the Justice League headquarters and the Batcave networks, it accessed a database holding the information of the supervillains. Brainiac, when it aims to establish its power on the moon, creates an army of metallic drones copying the DC Universe’s most prominent villains, like Joker, Bane, Lex Luthor, etc.

Batwoman

When the lady in the shining armor, Batwoman, arrives on the moon with Steel, she gets surprised by the attack of Doomsday. Even the fake Doomsday showed some impressive destructive powers like strong punches. It destroys the spaceship, which led the superheroes to tumble on the lunar surface.

Batwoman saved Steel, who was without his hammer, and she was seen wearing a new, heavily armored suit made with resistant material and featured Batwoman’s own red and black color scheme. It was teamed up with a full helmet that allowed Kate to breathe in space.

Though Kate explains, she is not really interested in operating in space; still, it was impressive to see her testing out her new armor while raising the curiosity level of the fans about her other new armors to be introduced in the future.
