Captain America Will Have A “Very Intense” Time In Avengers 4

There is so much happening in Avengers: Infinity War with the various characters, and there are some guys who didn’t get as much time as MCU fans would have expected. One such character is Captain America aka the bearded Steve Rogers. Captain was significant to the movie, despite being hardly seen. However, the movie’s writers Stephen McFeely and Christopher Markus claim that he will have a prominent role in Avengers 4.

In an interview recently, the duo talked about some parts of the story for Avengers: Infinity War which were not shot. They had originally planned to have scenes featuring Steve, Natasha, and Falcon aka The Secret Avengers, but, some of those planned action scenes were not filmed. According to McFeely,  Captain America will have a “very intense arc” in Avengers 4.

Some of that “very intense arc” might also show the Captain wielding Mjolnir after being proven worthy. A few years ago the movie’s directors had said that such a scene would be a part of either Avengers: Infinity War or Avengers 4. However, all this speculation and rumors suggest that we might see Captain America perish on the big screen in Avengers 4.

Despite the particular story points related to Avengers 4 not being revealed, some hints have come courtesy leaked set images. Almost everyone is speculating time travel to be a big part of the movie due to a scene which resembles the remake of the Battle of New York which was seen in the original Avengers film. There are some visuals of much younger Avengers wearing their original suits and accompanied by Ant-Man. We are well aware of the fact that Ant-Man wasn’t there when the first Avengers film released.

Once again, let’s reiterate that it is all rumors, but, the movie’s directors, Russo Brothers and the writers Stephen McFeely and Christopher Markus constantly keep telling fans that Avengers 4 will be unlike anything seen so far. That’s a huge statement, but, if they do manage to recreate something like Avengers: Infinity War, nothing is off limits. For now, we have the Ant-Man and The Wasp coming up, and it will be followed by Captain Marvel in March next year. These two movies will set up the events of Avengers 4 which will release on May 3, 2019.
