Deadpool’s Hand Is Now A Gummy Candy

When Deadpool loses his hand in the first film, it grows back slowly, albeit in a tiny-hand shape in one of Deadpool‘s most hilariously funny scenes.

There’s no doubt that Deadpool’s tiny hand would eventually be commercialized, but fans weren’t expecting to see it packaged in the form of a sweet and sour gummy from Trolli. This would be a good time to sneak in a bag into cinemas when you’re watching Deadpool 2!

Trolli Sour Brite Tiny Hands will be sold exclusively at 7-Eleven stores from May 7 nationwide. The sweet-sour candy will have new flavor combos like Pineapple/Mango (yellow/orange), Blueberry/Lime (blue/green), and Strawberry/Berry Punch (Red/Purple). “Deadpool’s tiny hands are just giddy enough to high-five your tongue!” Fans will also be tickled to find references to their favourite Deadpool catchphrases including ‘Made with Maximum Effort’ and ‘No Pickles’ on the packaging.”

At some point, Trolli realized that selling perfectly chewy gummy snacks means it can create candy for any occasion, so why not get imaginative with it? And turning Deadpool’s tiny hand into an edible treat was by far the most creative route the minds behind Deadpool could have gone.

Deadpool 2 stars Ryan Reynolds as Deadpool, Josh Brolin as Cable, Brianna Hildebrand as Negasonic Teenage Warhead, Stefan Kapičić as the voice of Colossus, ZazieBeetz as Domino, LeslieUggams as Blind Al and Karan Soni as Dopinder. Jack Kesy plays a villain speculated to be Black Tom Cassidy. The film directed by David Leitch will release in cinemas on May 18.
