Sarah Michelle Gellar is 42, born on April 14, 1977, in New York City, New York, U.S. She completed her schooling from Birch Wathen Lenox School and graduated from Fiorello LaGuardia High School in 1995. As a child she appeared in small and uncredited roles in movies like Spenser: For Hire’ and ‘Crossbow’. Her first majoring role was in the soap opera, ‘All My Children’ as Kendall Hart. Her first lead role came in television series, ‘Buffy the Vampire Slayer’. She portrayed a teenager who fights with the mystical antagonists like vampires. She made her appearance in a slasher film, ‘I Know What You Did Last Summer’ cast alongside Jennifer Love Hewitt, Ryan Phillippe, and Freddie Prinze Jr. The movie was a huge commercial hit that revolved around four friends being stalked by a killer.
She played Karen Davis in a supernatural horror film, ‘The Grudge’ aired in 2004. She lent her voice in several shows and movies like Robot Chicken’ (2005-2012), ‘The Simpsons’, ‘American Dad’, and ‘King of the Hill’. She appeared in the romantic comedy, ‘Suburban Girl’ based on the book The Girls’ Guide to Hunting and Fishing by Melissa Bank.
